InThailand, NYK Logistics Thailand (NLTH) and Yusen Air & Sea ServiceThailand (YTH) have agreed to integrate their business into Yusen LogisticsThailand (YLTH) by October 1, 2011.

Process Improvement Engineer
Location Maptaphut 2position/ Laemchabang 1 position / Bangbor Samutprakarn 1 position)
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with related functions at responsible groups toprovide, review and revise the quality management to develop a standard appliedto all related. Then improve the methods to ensure that the companyaccomplishes the QMS as one of the company's goal.
2. Coordinate with responsible groups to establish improvementactivities and take remedial actions also include improvement projects oractivities from RHQ and GHQ.
3. Establish internal quality audit ISO and DOT ("Q"logo) process and quality patrol to ensure the effective perforamnce, thensummarize to all concerned.
4. Organize the improvements' campaign, review improvementsuggestion to ensure the working processes be continous improvement.
5. Control the document management system to update all related documents complywith actual operation.
6. Conduct the Quality & Kaizen orientation for newemployee.
7. Coordinate and Review the survey questionaire about the customer satisfaction which reflectwith the working performance.
8. Facilitate monthly quality management committee meeting inarea of responsible groups to communicate the related procedures or standardswith working team.
9. Monitor all corrective or preventive action requisition thatare followed by procedure will be closed on time.
10. Promote and provide quality management system knowledge withnecessary activities to working team.
11. Organize the audit itinerary in area of quality for customerauditing.
12. Coordinate with related groups to screen the operationperformance data and analyze the result to find improvement orcorrective/preventive items.
13. Support the Assessment from Certified body, Transportdepartments and external parties.
14. Others related to the Quality & Kaizen activities.
Caliber Specification -
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
2. At least 3 years of practical experience in process improvement
3. Knowledge of Quality Management System
4. Good command of English and good computer literacy.
5. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
6. Systematic thinking, Analytical style, details and modern way ofthinking.
