รบกวนสอบถามปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการทำ X bar - R chart

เนื่องจากมีปัญหาหลังจาก CB มา Audit ดังนี้

1.ค่า UCL , LCL ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน [ x bar +- 3 sigma]

สาเหตุเกิดจากข้อมูลที่นำมาเพื่อที่ จะ set ค่าในช่วงแรกนั้นเป็นค่า ที่ Range และ ค่าเฉลี่ย มีค่าไม่ต่างกันมาก
และค่าเฉลี่ยของชุดข้อมูลในช่วงเริ่มเก็บข้อมูล กับค่าในปัจจุบันมันแตกต่างกันมาก(เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง Spare Part ของ Mold ทำให้ค่าที่ plot over ucl,lcl ที่กำหนด)

ทำอย่างไรดีครับ ช่วยแนะนำหน่อย

สำหรับผู้ที่อยากได้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมแจ้งได้นะครับ

โดน comment เกี่ยวกับการ action เมื่อ Out of control ครับ อันนี้ยอมรับผิด

แต่อยากจะแก้ไขในส่วนของเส้นควบคุมด้วยครับผม

การ actions จะทำได้ก็คงต้องมีการ analysis of data ก่อน (ทำไมถึง out)
แต่จากข้อมูลที่ให้มา เราทราบแล้วนี่ว่าเกิดจาก spare part ของ mold แล้วรายละเอียดมันเป็นเพราะอะไร spare part ไม่ดี หรือระบบการ maintenance ไม่ดี
คงต้องทำ rca และก็ actions ให้สอดคล้องตามนั้นครับ เช่น มี drawing ของ spare part เพื่อใช้ในการสั่งซือหรือสั่งผลิต มีการ pm ที่ถี่ขึ้น เป็นต้นครับ
ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น คงต้องขึ้นอยู่กับผลของการทำ rca ก่อนนะ

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Engineer

Summary of basic function -

Responsible for conducting performance improvement projects as specified by the business unit leadership team in coordination with the site deployment champion. Responsible for the implementation of corrective action plans and verification of solution effectiveness. Black belt will in partnership with the site level financial services team document the fiscal impact of solution and maintain all appropriate data within the Operational Excellence project tracking system. Black belt also need to be trainer and coach for GB to finish GB projects.

The Qualification -

• Bachelor's Degree (In any field)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Proficient in use of Minitab statistical software
• Experience applying Six Sigma and Lean techniques in a transactional environment Black Belt desired.
• Demonstrated leadership skill
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of Technical ability and expertise
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple and detail-oriented tasks
• Must be able to work independently in off-site locations
