- Manage and handle all HR & administration functions.
- Ensure all human resource policies , procedures and practices are in compliance with the statutory require.
- Implement effective and sustainable HR function such as manpower planning , recruitment , performance management , compensation & benefit and employee relation.
- Build for professional and high performance HR team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Male age between 38-48 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science or Human Resources Management or other related discipline
At least 8 years experience in a full range of HR management functions with at least 5 years served at supervisor level
Good knowledge of both Labor protection laws and employee relations laws
Enthusiastic person with proactive, strong management and analytical skills.
Professional Safety License (จป.วิชาชีพ) is an advantage
