Position Chief of Quality Management System (2 position)

Location Head office (Silom)

Salary base 25-30 K

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with relevant groups to identify the key working processes and develop the SOP.2. Consolidate KPI data from relevant groups and analyze their effectiveness.

3. Conduct internal audit process to ensure the effectiveness of working processes (QMS), summarizeand report to concerned parties.

4. Identify actual/potential non - conformities and issue corrective action or preventive action requisitions including the opportunities for improvement as a result of internal/external audit, KPI monitoring, and customer feedback.

5. Promote working environment in regard to cleanliness in work places, and perform periodically check to all parts of the work places and identify/report the place where improvement at the area required (including desk-top of all employees).
6. Coordinate with relevant parties and revise customer survey questionnaire as necessary to ensure that they reflect customer’s requirement.

7. Operate customer satisfaction survey, analyze, and report survey result to relevant parties.

8. Facilitate monthly working group meeting including preparation of meeting agenda and record meeting minute for relevant parties.


Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. At least 4 years of practical experience in quality management system
3. Good command of English and good computer literacy.
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
5. Systematic thinking, Analytical style, details and modern way ofthinking.
