Key Accountabilities:
- Review and finalize the modified/improved documented Quality Management System against relevant standard and customer requirements to ensure its conforming, continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness (achieve policy and objectives).
- Monitor data collection and analysis performance of Management System ensuring that relevant parties are acknowledged their achievement.
- Plan internal quality audit processes to ensure that all working functions processes are conform to ISO 9001 requirements and are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Communicate within YLTH on certification audit schedule and arrange any necessary traveling and accommodation for Certification process.
- Monitor the status of corrective/preventive action process to ensure that all actual and potential nonconformities are corrected or prevented effectively.
- Control document control process to ensure that all documented management system is updated.
- Coordinate and supervise Customer Satisfaction Survey process with concern parties.
- Collect, analyze and submit management review input.
- Develop training material and supervise training provision on QMS.
- Supervise Quality Team in coordinating with relevant departments to establish the improvement projects as per company policy.
- Arrange working environment monitoring processes regarding cleanliness of work place, and report the result of periodically evaluation, including recommendation for improvement.
Qualification ;
1) Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
2) 5-8 years experienced in Quality Management System and dedicate to the duties /responsibilities would be advantage.
3) Excellent command of English with TOEIC score of 650 up.
