เป็นบริษัทผลิตข้าวสาร   แต่เนื่องจากทางบริษัทไม่มีการจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับการจัดการสินค้า ที่ผลิตก่อนหน้า  ยกตัวอย่างมีการผลิตข้าวหอมมะลิ แต่จะเปลี่ยนสายการผลิตจาก ข้าวหอมมะลิเป็น ข้าวขาว  จะมีวิธีการอย่างไร เพื่อนช่วยแนะแนวทางการเขียน wi ให้หน่อยค่ะล

ข้อกำหนด 5.3.3 เป็นเรื่องของ Identity Preserved นะครับ เพื่อป้องกันการปนเปื้อนระหว่างผลิตภัณฑ์โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความจำเพาะ เช่น ข้าวหอมมะลิ

 

ปกติเราจะกลัวข้าวอื่นๆ ไปปนข้าวหอมมะลิ ดังนั้นจะต้องเขียนมาตรการให้ชัดเจนว่า ทำอย่างไรเมื่อเปลียนสินค้าที่ผลิต และไม่มีการปนเปื้อนข้ามไป

 

เช่น เมื่อผลิตข้าวขาว แล้วจะผลิตข้าวหอมมะลิต่อต้องทำอย่างไร เพื่อป้องกันข้าวขาวไปปนกับข้าวหอมมะลิในชุดถัดไป

 

ตัวอย่างของมาตรการ เช่น

 

1. ทำความสะอาดระบบลำเลียง

 

2. แยกเครื่องจักร

 

3. ใช้ข้าวหอมมะลิไล่ข้าวขาวที่ตกค้างในระบบออกก่อน 

 

ทั้งหมดจะต้องมีการทวนสอบ หรือ ยืนยันความถูกต้องครับ

แต่บาง CB  ไม่รวม KOSHER , HALAL

นิยามจริงๆแล้ว IP คือ เอกลักษณ์

 

IP material is a product/ingredient/material which has a defined origin or purity characteristic which needs to be retained throughout the food chain, e.g., through traceability and protection from contamination. Examples as stated are GMOs, assured organic products and products with special designated origin.

Halal, kosher, organic, Freerange, GMO-free, GMO-containing, GMO-IP, MSC, are examples of identity preserved materials.
As Zeeshan already indicated IP products are characterised by an unique (mostly ethical) parameter, which has to be maintained through the food chain.
Mostly these IP products are a more value above the conventional products. At least for a target consumer group.
Customer specific products can also be IP products. E.g. a large global fast food chain, requires that the poultry for their products came from selected farms, from birds from a selected breed, which had specific selected feed, etc. Both the slaughtery and the producer has to keep these poultry separated from the other birds/products.

Identity preservation (IP) involves separating, testing and documenting samples of product at every stage along the supply chain. However, supply chains are made of individual links, each representing its own challenge: different stakeholders, different contracts and different circumstances. IP of bulk cargo, such as wheat, presents further logistical challenges for segregation and supervision.

To be effective, identity preservation programmes must be applied to the entire supply chain, requiring the buy-in of every operator involved from production and packaging, to transport, storage and distribution. 

Our identity preservation services safeguard the provenance of products by ensuring that the raw materials are from their claimed origins, and that they are produced, transported and stored without contamination. While many of our clients use our services for premium products like cocoa, coffee bean and cotton and GMO testing we can supervise supply chains for all types of high value agricultural products, taking care of every link in the supply chain.
