Quality Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Male/ Female , Age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years experience in quality management, business improvement and excellent knowledge in OE business.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of world class HS&E standards and performance by setting high standards, leading by example, promoting and supporting appropriate programs and develop a culture of zero tolerance for unsafe work practices and process.
- Leadership of the FMP (Thailand) Quality department and Quality representation within the Integrated Supply Chain function.
- Overall management and development of FMP quality systems to ensure consistency in quality standards, performance, process management, cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality standards are consistent with the requirements of the customer, applicable regulatory bodies, FMP policies and business strategy.
- To develop and maintain a strong customer interface and relationships providing timely and structured responses to their requirements and concerns.
- Influence, challenge and develop the organisational culture to continuously improve standards for HSE, quality and continuous improvement.
- Work in collaboration with all functions within the business on existing and new programs to ensure quality standards are defined, communicated and executed.
- To maintain understanding of organisational excellence practice & methodology through networking, benchmarking and other learning techniques. Translate learning into programs, training and business influence.
- Development of effective supplier management quality systems, measurement and performance.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Ongoing development of quality related skills and capabilities for employees both within the quality department and across the business.
