- Monitoring of production lines in all F&B areas (from receiving to final product)
- Analyzing possible contamination points.
- Conduct inspections and internal audits of F&B production process and premises to ensure compliance with food safety& hygiene.
- Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene.
- Responsible for high standards maintenance of hygiene and food safety in all the production and related areas.
Qualification:
- BSc or MSc in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology or related fields.
- Good command in English
