Position Assistant Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities
- Works with new generation of management team and Top Management in organizational development and human resources development;
- Develops employee’s personal and organizational skills;
- Develops plan and conducts recruitment using new technologies;
- Develops a training needs analysis, formulate a capacity development plan, and provide training, coaching and mentoring to build the capacity of staff;
- Develops labor relations including organizes staff relation activities.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, 27-38 years of age with bachelor degree in Human Resource management or related fields.
- Posses self starter, creativity, determination, good human relation and flexibility.
- At least 2 years working experiences in human resources development.
- Working experiences with industrial company would be advantage.
- Good command of English together with computer skill.
- Knowledge of Labor law would be advantage.
