ใครพอจะมีคู่มือ FMEA 4th & 5th ภาษาอังกฤษบ้างค่ะ รบกวนขอหน่อย หรือสามารถ download จากไหนได้บ้างค่ะ .. ขอ Links หน่อยค่ะ (ขอแบบ free download นะคะ ^^)
ลองหาคู่มือเก่าๆ 4th edition ได้ภาษาไทยมา ส่วน 5th หาไม่ได้เลยค่ะ
