When the organization is required to provide warranty for their product(s), Does the organization implement a warranty management process?  Does the organization include in the process a method for warranty part analysis, including NTF (no trouble found)?  When specified by the customer, Does the organization implement the required warranty management process?

ให้ไปกำหนดในการวิเคราะห์ชิ้นงานเสียกลับมาจากลูกค้า/ผู้ใช้ เมื่อมีชิ้นงานเสียกลับมาดำเนินการวิเคราะห์อย่างไร เช่น การทวนสอบการยืนยันการผลิตย้อนหลังวันที่ผลิตชิ้นงานนี้ ทวนสอบ Process การผลิตเพื่อยืนยันว่าได้ทำตาม Control plan ที่กำหนด โดยอาจจะใช้ Product audit เป็นเครื่องมือ เพื่อเป็นผลการยืนยันว่าจะไม่มีเหตุการณ์นี้ขึ้นอีก (NTF)
