Does the organization have a documented process to determine the use of appropriate error-proofing methodologies? Are details of the method used documented in the process risk analysis (such as PFMEA) and test frequencies shall be documented in the control plan? Does the process include the testing of error-proofing devices for failure or simulated failure? Are Records maintained? Are Challenge parts, when used, identified, controlled, verified, and calibrated where feasible? Does Error-proofing device failures have a reaction plan?

 

บริษัทผมไม่มี procedure อะไรเกี่ยวกับเรื่องพวกนี้เลย ไม่รู้ว่าผ่านออดิตมาได้ไง พอดีผมมารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ย้ายมาจากบริษัทที่ไมได้ทำ IATF ใครพอจะมีเอกสารมั่งครับ

บริษัทผมไม่มี procedure อะไรเกี่ยวกับเรื่องพวกนี้เลย ไม่รู้ว่าผ่านออดิตมาได้ไง พอดีผมมารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ย้ายมาจากบริษัทที่ไมได้ทำ IATF ใครพอจะมีเอกสารมั่งครับ 

 

เขาหมายถึงว่าหากมีการใช้เครื่องมือประเภท Error proofing ต้องกำหนดในเอกสาร PFMEA และการตอบสนองเมื่อพบว่าเครื่องมือดังกล่าวไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ว่าจะดำเนินการอย่างไร ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ Reaction เราจะกำหนดใน Control plan ซึ่งเป็นเอกสารที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ PFMEA หากยังไม่มีความรู้แนะนำให้เรียน Core Tools FMEA ก่อนครับ ส่วนการ Action อาจทำเป็นวิธีการจัดการเป็น WI
