สวัสดีค่ะ 

 

รบกวนขอคำปรึกษาค่ะ 

คือได้รับข้อเรียกร้องเกี่ยวกับการทำ IATF16949:2016 จากลูกค้ามาค่ะ แต่เป็นส่วนของ Sub-tie ซึ่งบริษัทมีแค่ ISO9001 และไม่มีแผนจะทำ IATF16949 แต่ลูกค้าก็สำรวจเป็นประจำเลย ข้อกำหนดที่แนบมานี้สามารถประยุกต์ใช้อย่างไรได้บ้าง หรือต้องขอรับรอง IATF16949 ค่ะ อยากทราบว่าต้องทำอย่างไรค่ะ

 เป้าหมายสูงสุด ของข้อกำหนด IATF ต้องการให้ Supplier ได้รับการรับรอง IATF 16949

 แต่ สามารถพัฒนาเป็น Step ได้ 

1. ต้องได้ 9001:2015 (CB ภายใต้ IAF, MLA)

จากนั้นก็พัฒนามาตาม Step 

    แต่ตอนนี้ที่ทำได้ คือ ทำ 9001 แล้ว เอา

5 CONTROL OF NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT,Control of reworked product,Customer information(problem),Customer waiver

 

6 PART APPROVAL (PPAP เอา แค่ 6element มี CORE TOOLS ประกอบ)  

 

7 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY, Process monitoring,Quality objectives,Responsibility for quality,Customer representative,Quality management system performance,Management review inputs,Management review outputs,Corporate responsibility

 

8 RISK MANAGEMENT,Contingency plans

 

9 SAFETY ,Product Safety

 

 

หรือ จะทำ 9001 แล้วประยุกย์ใช้ ข้อกำหนด IATF โดยไม่ขอการรับรอง ก็ดี
