There was found test of Contingency plan focus on safety approach and NOT cover effectiveness of back-up method.
So test of contingency plan is NOT cover other approach e.g. business continuity or testing approach appropriate to the risk of associated
customer disruption.
การซ้อมแผนฉุกเฉินให้ถึงขั้นตอน Back-Up ต้องทำอย่างไรครับ หรือ พอจะมีเอกสารหรือตัวอย่างแนะนำไหมครับ

แผนContingency plan ไม่ใช่ แผน Emergency ของ Safety ที่มีหลายคนเข้าใจผิด
แผนContingency plan จะหมายถึงมีการวางแผน ทั้งหมด ตามตัวอักษร สีน้ำเงิน
c) prepare contingency plans for continuity of supply in the event of any of the following, but not limited to key equipment failures (also see Section 8.5.6.1.1); interruption from externally provided products, processes, and services; recurring natural disasters; fire; pandemics ; utility interruptions; cyber-attacks on information technology systems ; labour shortages; or infrastructure disruptions;
back-up method. หมายถึงวิธีการรองรับ การสำรอง แผน 2 แผน 3 เพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงว่าจะไม่มีของส่งลูกค้า เมื่อเกิดเหตุเหล่านี้ตามสีน้ำเงิน จะทำอย่างไร ?
โดยทั่วไป ก็จะต้องมีการวางแผนสำรองไว้ และซ้อม เพื่อเตรียมการ ตามแผนที่วางไว้ ทุกปี
