ขออนุญาตนำมาแชร์ครับจาก SDC ทาง US ประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงว่า Coconut ไม่จัดเป็น Tree nuts แล้วครับ (แปลว่าไม่อยู่ใน Allergen List ของ US แล้ว) โดยในเอกสาร Guidance for Industry: Questions and Answers Regarding Food Allergen Labeling (Edition 5) ได้ระบุนิยมของ Tree nuts ว่ามีอะไรบ้าง (ซึ่งไม่มีมะพร้าวแล้วครับ)
