PPAP Level III เป็นระดับที่ต้องการเอกสารครบทุกประเภทส่งให้ลูกค้านะครับ ซึ่งนอกจาก PSW แล้วก็ประกอบด้วย
- Design Records
- Engineering Change Documents
- Customer Engineering Approval
- Design FMEA (if available)
- Process Flow Diagrams.
- Process FMEA
- Dimensional Results
- Material Performance Test Results
- Initial Process Study
- MSA Study
- Qualified Laboratory Documentation
- Control Plans
- Part Submission Warrant (PSW นั่นแหละ)
- Appearance Approval Report (AAR)
- Bulk Material Requirements
- Sample Products
- Master Samples
- Checking Aids
- Records of compliance
ถ้าสังเกตดีๆ จะทราบว่าแต่ละตัวนั้นคือ Output ที่ได้มาจากการทำ APQP ในแต่ละเฟสนั่นเอง
