เอาแค่ไหน ผมว่า อยู่ที่ scope ของพี่พงศ์ศักิด์ หน่ะครับ ว่าจะ cover test หรือ cal ด้วยหรือเปล่า...

2.2.12 Qualified Laboratory Documentation
Inspection and testing for PPAP shall be performed by a qualified laboratory as defined by customer requirements (e.g., an accredited laboratory). The qualified laboratory (internal or external to the organization) shall have a laboratory scope and documentation showing that the laboratory is qualified for the type of measurements or tests conducted.
When an external/commercial laboratory is used, the organization shall submit the test results on the laboratory letterhead or the normal laboratory report format. The name of the laboratory that performed the tests, the date (s) of the tests, and the standards used to run the tests shall be identified.
แชร์กันน้ะครับ ผมเองก็ไม่ได้มีความรู้มาก สำหรับผมข้อนี้ตอนผมไป audit supplier ก็ follow ตามนี้ครับ.
ผมก็จะขอข้อมูลการ test หรือการวัด ใน scope ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเครื่องมือ และเครื่องจักรเหล่านั้นในการทดสอบ หรือสอบเทียบ เพื่อสอบกลับไปยัง std. (คล้ายๆกับ 7.6 ครับ ของ iso หรือ ts ครับ) ตรวจสอบว่า scope ครอบคลุมกับงานที่ test หรือ วัด หรือไม่ ใช้ lab ภายในหรือภายนอก ยอมรับได้หรือเปล่า .. ประมาณนี้ครับ......
ไม่รู้ว่าจะตอบโดนใจพี่พงศ์ศักดิ์หรือเปล่า ถ้าไม่โดนใจขออภัยด้วยน้ะครับ..

Internal Lab --> ต้องแนบ Lab Scope ครับ (ถ้ามี Certificate ของพนักงานก็แนบไปเลยครับ อนุมัติได้เร็วขึ้น ดูดี และน่าเชื่อถือด้วยครับ)
External Lab --> ต้องแนบ Certificate (ISO/IEC17025) และ Lab Scope (ภาษาเขา เขาเรียกว่า Accreditation Scope ครับ)
ครอบคลุมทั้ง Calibration & Testing Lab (Lab Test เกี่ยวกับพวกสารปนเปื้อนก็อย่าลืมแนบไปด้วยแล้วกันครับ)
ถ้ามีรายชื่อ Lab เหล่านั้น อยู่ใน ASL ก็แนบ ASL ไปด้วย จะได้แสดงถึงการมี System ของเราอีกด้วยครับ
ติดขัดประการใด ให้ลูกค้าอนุมัติเป็นกรณีพิเศษ หรือจะขอ Waive ก็ว่ากันไปครับ
