Chief/Assistant Manager of Quality Management System (3 position)

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Develop and maintain common site standards regarding import-export, transportation, warehousing ,Container Yards etc. Work towards application of the developed standards in operations and functional departments within the scope of QMS.

2) Coordinate with related parties to manage customer satisfaction, complaints and quality improvement including other related requirements.

3) Responsible for supplier quality management and supplier quality audit initiatives.

4) Monitoring and advising to assure the QMS effectiveness.

5) Report to management on the performance of the QMS and the needs for improvement.

6) Conducts QMS training for employess

7) Conducts IQA programs to ensure the QMS effectiveness

8) Assist/conduct root cause analysis of operational incident including incidents caused by third parties.

9) Promote quality awareness throughout the organization.

10) Other jobs which are assigned by QMR & Top management.

Qualifications and Competencies Required -
1) Bachelor's Degree
2) 3 - 5 years experience in QMS
3) Good computer proficiency and fluent in written and spoken English
4) Ability to trainer and excellent presentation skills
5) Have experience in logistics service regarding freight forwarding , mining logistics business include air and ocean freight import and export, customs formalities, transportation warehouse and container yard would be advantage.

ขออภัยครับที่ต้องดันกันบ่อยๆ เพราะเว็บของเรามัน hot เหลือเกิน จนกระทู้ตกเร้วววเร็วว

ความจริงเรื่องเงินดาวน์เงินเดือนเนี่ย ไม่อยากจะบอกกันตรงนี้เท่าไหร่ แต่ให้มั่นใจเถอะครับว่า
มาตรฐานเงินเดือนของเรา อยู่ใน top 3 สำหรับกลุ่มโลจิสติกส์ อย่างแน่นอน
ซึ่งแต่ละระดับตำแหน่งก็จะมีกระบอกเงินเดือน ต่ำสุด-สูงสุด

สำหรับผู้ที่ผ่าน qualify สำหรับ chief level ก็จะได้เงินเดือนของ chief
ผู้ที่ผ่าน qualify สำหรับ asst manager level ก็จะได้เงินเดือนของ asst manager
ส่วนจะได้ ต้นๆ กลางๆ หรือปลายๆ กระบอกเงินเดือน มันจะไปสัมพันธ์กับ
ทักษะพื้นฐานที่องค์กรต้องการ เช่น ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ฯลฯ หรือ
คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่ง เช่น ความรู้ความเข้าใจในเนื้องาน ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานฯลฯ
ซึ่ง candidate แต่ละรายอาจมีไม่เท่ากัน

เมื่อก่อน NYK แต่ละสาขาซึ่งมีอยู่หลายสาขา มีระบบการจัดการ ที่แยกจากกันโดยอิสระ
แต่ปัจจุบันมีการ re-organization ทำให้มีการรวมระบบ และรวมทีมงาน การจัดการก็จึงแยก
เป็น QMS 1 department ที่ดูแลระบบ QMS และ มาตรฐานคุณภาพบริการขนส่งด้วยรถบรรทุกโดยกรมการขนส่งทางบก กับ SHE & others 1 department ซึ่งดูแลระบบ 14001 18001 TAPA CTPAT

ตำแหน่งที่รับใหม่อย่างน้อย 3 ตำแหน่งในเวลานี้ ทำงานประจำที่สีลม และ ออกไป visit ตามสาขาตามความจำเป็น
ซึ่งทั้งหมดนั้น จะเป็นหนึ่งในทีมงานของจอมโจรฯ

ดังนั้น นอกจากจะมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่กำหนดแล้ว เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่จะทำให้ canidate แต่ละท่านมีแต้มต่อที่ไม่เท่ากันก็คือ ปัจจัยด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ เป็นต้น

แต่ตำแหน่งนี้รับ 3 คน ดังนั้น โอกาสยังคงเปิดกว้างนะครับ ถ้าท่านใดคิดว่า ต้องการเติบโต ต้องการบางสิ่งที่ท้าทายความสามารถ
และมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ก็ส่ง resume มาให้จอมโจรฯ ได้เลย

การคัดเลือกอาจจะเข้มข้นอยู่ซักหน่อย นอกจากการสัมภาษณ์แล้ว ยังมีการ ทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการพูด อ่าน เขียน ในวันเดียวกัน
ท่านที่ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ และทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษแล้ว จะต้องเข้ารับการทดสอบทักษะการสอนข้อกำหนด ISO 9001 ซึ่งจะขอให้เตรียม presentation ความยาว 3 ชั่วโมง มานำเสนออีกครั้ง
