Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality system management (ISO/TS 16949 is preferable) in automotive company.
- Experience in handling complaints with customer and/or supplier.
- Good knowledge / working experience with GM or Ford specific requirement.
- Good knowledge all AIAGs core tools.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Leadership skills.
Key Responsibility:
- Handle the APQP and Lead to set up core tools until implemented.
- Contact with OEM customer for follow up the open issues in term of quality for APQP and production phase.
- Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation to customers and all and quality record.
- Review the customer specific requirements.
- Dealing with customer and supplier complaint.
- Issue / follow up plant quality issues, corrective action and verify the effectiveness of result.
- Work with SQE and supplier closely to develop and improve the supplier performance.
- Support all department functions in term of quality issues.
- Internal auditor team.
